You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations.

It is prohibited to use the platform for fraudulent activities, money laundering, or any other illegal activity.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities performed on your account.

Notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

Whallet provides payment gateway services, including processing charges via Pix, credit card, boleto, and subscriptions.

You are responsible for the legality of your sales and for complying with tax and regulatory obligations applicable to your business.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Whallet shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount of fees paid by you in the 12 months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or notice on the platform.

Continued use of the platform after modifications constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
